During boarding, welcome passengers with a smile, greet them by name if feasible, assist them to their seats, and assist them with their luggage. In the specified region, personally introduce yourself to customers. Ascertain that clients are comfortable with the seat controls and IFE system.
During the flight, create a welcoming, friendly, and customer-focused environment. Keep a strong cabin presence by remaining visible and accessible during the flight. By canvassing and anticipating their requirements at all moments during the flight, you may make a difference in the consumers’ experience. Identify ways to display the Service Personality by being thoughtful, personal, and thorough.
Respond to call bells immediately and efficiently and courteously to consumers’ requests. If their demands cannot be met, an explanation must be provided, as well as an alternative.
Pay special attention to High Value consumers and those with special requirements, such as pregnant women and the elderly.
Maintain a clean cabin, keep working spaces tidy, and constantly check, tidy, and replenish the toilets to ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the trip.
Inform customers of any known delays, diversions, or interruptions and provide clarification.
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a spotless appearance and adhering to uniform standards. At all times, project a favourable and professional image through acceptable conduct and behaviour.
Participate in the team as an active and supporting member. Follow the SFS/instructions, Purser’s support choices, and operate in accordance with the chain of command. Prepare to work outside of your grade at any moment, and volunteer to help in other cabins whenever possible.
Actively promote Duty Free sales to customers, provide support to the duty free operator, and, if necessary, perform duty free service. Ascertain that sales adhere to company norms and laws.
